It took both vision and faith to imagine the gorgeous home it could be. This was an abandoned structure, left vacant by a bankrupt contractor unable to complete the job. A developer with vision saw the building’s potential, and asked us to join his team. The challenge was to bring the home back to life.

The main design goals were to update the architectural style, reconfigure the layout for a modern lifestyle, and open the spaces to allow light in. Views toward Pebble Beach were paramount so the main living areas are focused towards the west with abundant deck access.  We moved the kitchen so it could be centrally located between the living and dining room on either side. 

After 2 years of meticulous TLC by a team of dedicated professionals, this Pebble Beach home was finally ready for homeowners.
